Chopin Organic Rye is a Polish vodka built entirely from hand-picked organic rye and named after the composer Frederic Chopin. It is distilled four times in copper stills, which gives it a clean but characterful base. Rye lends a mild, slightly sweet spice that sets it apart from neutral grain vodkas.

Chopin is one of Poland's better-known single-ingredient vodka houses, and this bottling is made from organic rye grown sustainably and picked by hand. Rye is the point of difference here: where many vodkas chase neutrality, rye carries a mild, slightly peppery sweetness that survives distillation, so the grain stays present in the glass. The spirit is run four times through traditional copper stills, a metal that helps lift sulphur notes and round the spirit, and it is bottled at 40%. The organic sourcing keeps the brand's craft, single-grain identity intact.
The nose shows fresh rye, a light cereal note and a touch of creamy vanilla. The palate is soft and smooth, with mild rye and a subtle sweetness held in balance, and the finish is long, clean and mild. Since the rye actually has something to say, use it in a Moscow Mule: build the vodka over ice with spicy ginger beer and fresh lime in a copper mug, where the ginger's heat and the grain's gentle pepper feed off each other instead of the spirit disappearing.
