Chopin Blended Vodka Limited Edition

Chopin is a respected Polish distillery, and this Limited Edition departs from its usual single-base approach by blending several base spirits together. The aim is complexity and clarity at once: combining different vodka alcohols gives a layered profile, then careful reduction with water settles it at 40%. The blending is what defines this bottling, producing a softer texture, a subtle sweetness and a slightly spicy finish that a single-grain spirit would not show.

The nose is clean, with fresh grain, slightly sweet vanilla and a hint of citrus. The palate is soft and harmonious with grain, light honey and a fine spice, finishing long, smooth and gently sweet. With that quiet complexity, the classic test is a Vodka Martini: stir 60ml with 10ml dry vermouth over ice until very cold, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Served this clean and cold, the blend's grain, honey and spice notes have space to show themselves.
