Harvested from vines planted in clay-limestone and alluvial soils, this wine is vinified with native yeasts and aged 15 months in Bordeaux barrels and cement tanks. The resulting wine offers a harmonious balance of fruit and spice, with notes of blackberries, violets, and raspberries.
