Chamarel makes this double-distilled white rum on Mauritius from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, an agricole-style spirit it cannot legally label rhum agricole. Bottled at a comfortable 44%, it is a clean, unaged blanc built around the fresh character of the cane.
