Chalong Bay Infused Lime comes from the Chalong Bay distillery on Phuket in Thailand, a producer working from fresh sugar cane juice in the agricole manner and distilling on a pot still. This version is infused with lime, carrying no age statement and bottled at 40%, a flavoured expression built on a fresh, grassy cane base rather than molasses.

The fresh-juice origin shows through the citrus. The nose is bright with lemon, sugarcane, orange and a green, grassy lift, and the palate stays fresh and zesty with lemon and a sweet edge alongside an anise note. The finish carries a faint bitterness from the lime peel.
