CDI Beenleigh 2013 is a single cask from Beenleigh, one of Australia's oldest registered distilleries, selected and bottled by France's Compagnie des Indes. It carries a 2013 vintage and more than eight years of age.
The make is molasses based, distilled on a combination of pot and column stills and matured in ex-bourbon wood. Bottled unsweetened at 43%, it reflects CDI's natural, terroir-led approach to single casks.
