Cazcanes Tequila Reposado No.7

Cazcanes No.7 Reposado is a 100% agave tequila assembled as a blend of barrels rested between roughly two and eleven months in American white oak, carrying the additive-free, traditional ethos that defines the Cazcanes line. The brand honours the Cazcanes people, and this reposado is built to balance lively highland agave against rounded barrel notes.
By combining different maturation lengths and toast levels the distillery reaches a layered profile without any additives. The nose offers sweet cooked agave, vanilla, butterscotch, white pepper, hazelnut, thyme, coconut and caramel, while the palate is silky and sweet with sweet agave, vanilla, butterscotch and toasted coconut. The finish is long and silky with delicate caramel, vanilla and warm spice, bottled at 40% ABV with the agave kept clearly in view.
