Casazar Joven Tequila

Casazar Joven is a 100% Blue Weber tequila built as a blend of clear, unaged Blanco and aged Añejo, the joven style giving it depth without masking the agave. The brand was founded by Max Ramirez and Viviana Sierraalta-Ramirez and positions itself in the luxury end, with a name drawn from casa, home, and azar, chance or luck. The hand painted ceramic bottle, finished with gold detail and shaped like stacked casino chips, is a large part of the identity.
The joven approach marries the freshness of a Blanco to a measure of barrel character from the Añejo portion, giving it a fuller frame while keeping the agave in front. The nose is fresh with delicate chamomile florals, the palate a quiet honey sweetness over earthy roasted agave, and the finish stays clean and crisp. Bottled at 40%, it reads as a drier, less sugary take on the ceramic-bottle category.
