Casali Original Schoko-bananen Likör

Casali Original Schoko-bananen Likor is an Austrian chocolate liqueur bottled at 15%, made at the Alt Wiener Schnapsmuseum under the F. Fischer 1875 name. It joins the fruity sweetness of ripe banana to a melt in the mouth chocolate richness, set into a creamy texture that carries both flavours, with a light vanilla note rounding it out. The banana and chocolate pairing is its whole identity, a sweet dessert liqueur made to read indulgent in the glass.

The nose is intense with ripe banana and soft chocolate over a light vanilla, the palate full bodied and creamy with a balance of sweet banana and chocolatey richness, finishing smooth and sweet with a long fruity, chocolatey aftertaste. Behind the bar it adds chocolate sweetness, banana fruit and a creamy body in one pour, which makes it a natural in a banana chocolate martini, a chocolate banana milkshake or a dessert cocktail.
