Cartavio is one of Peru's long-established distilleries, and this Reserva 8 is an entry-level aged expression of column-distilled molasses rum matured for eight years in ex-bourbon barrels. The nose offers caramel, ripe banana and vanilla, sweet and inviting if uncomplicated.
