Bottled by Islay Cask Company, this Cameronbridge, a 12 year old single grain distilled in 2010, from cask 330860 and bottled at 56%. Only 312 bottles were released. Cameronbridge, in the Kingdom of Fife, is Diageo's largest distillery and the home of Scotch grain whisky. Its single grain has long been sold as Cameron Brig, and since 2014 as Haig Club.

Distilled in column stills for a clean, sweet grain, building the light Cameronbridge grain style. A refill American oak cask held it, building the sweet, oily grain character. At this age the grain is light and sweet, vanilla and toffee to the fore. Maturation in American oak suits the light, sweet grain particularly well. Since Port Dundas closed in 2010, it is Diageo's only wholly owned grain distillery. As well as whisky, it makes the neutral spirit for Gordon's and Tanqueray gin and Smirnoff vodka. Its single grain has long been sold as Cameron Brig, and since 2014 as Haig Club.

At cask strength 56% it is full bodied. The ex-Bourbon gives coconut, vanilla and toffee. A crème brûlée and a polished oak give it depth. The finish is deep, oily and creamy. This is a Lowland single grain from Fife.
