Cadushy Rom Rincon Spiced Rum

Rom Rincon is a spiced rum from Cadushy, a small distillery in the village of Rincon on Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean. As one of the few producers working on the island, Cadushy gives the rum a genuine sense of place rather than the generic spiced rum template.

Bottled at 40% with little formal tasting detail recorded, it sits in the sweet, spice forward style, where warming notes are layered over a soft rum base. It is best enjoyed as a flavoured island sipper or in relaxed mixed drinks rather than judged as a dry aged rum, a characterful souvenir of a rarely seen rum origin.
