Bright lemon and lime open over a clean juniper core, with coriander and a soft herbal spice rounding things out. The twist is malt wine, the soul of Dutch jenever, folded in after distillation to lend body and a mellow depth. Eight botanicals, each macerated and distilled apart, then married into something smooth and complete.

Description
By the Dutch Dry Gin is made at the historic Herman Jansen distillery in the Netherlands, and it wears its heritage proudly. Eight hand-picked botanicals, among them juniper, coriander, lemon peel, blood orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf, are each macerated and distilled individually, then combined with grain spirit, water and a measure of malt wine. That malt wine, normally reserved for jenever, is the signature move: it gives the gin a rounded body and a gentle, grainy depth most dry gins lack.
The nose is fresh with lemon and lime, clear juniper and a subtle herbal spice. The palate is soft and complex, lemon peel and coriander woven through juniper, with the malt wine smoothing every edge, and the finish stays citrus-bright with a quiet juniper close. Pour it into a gin and tonic with a twist of lemon zest, or let it carry a Tom Collins on a warm evening.
