Burleighs takes its established London Dry recipe and softens it for this tribute to a silver-screen icon, bottling the gin in a pale rosé that nods to her enduring glamour. Cherry, hibiscus and rose petals are folded in alongside the traditional juniper and citrus, giving the spirit a fruity, floral lean while keeping the structure of a proper dry gin underneath.
The nose is fruity and floral, cherry and hibiscus drifting over fine juniper. The palate stays soft and harmonious, berry fruit and rose petals carried by gentle spice, before a mild, long finish touched with citrus. It shines in a G&T built with a floral tonic and fresh raspberries, or stirred into a Raspberry Collins for something light and summery.
