A Dream of Scotland is the shop's recurring exclusive line, naming each release after a scenic Scottish location. This 17 year old Bunnahabhain comes from a single Oloroso cask bottled at 54.3% natural strength.

Seventeen years in a single Oloroso butt sits at the longer end of the wood-and-spirit integration window, where the cask character has fully fused with the distillate but hasn't yet entered the heavier concentrated register that very long sherry maturations produce. The Oloroso markers of walnut, dried fig, leather and polished oak come through with depth, layered against the Bunnahabhain coastal signature: oily texture, gentle maritime brine, the Margadale Burn mineral character.
