    Brockmans Agave Cut Gin

    700 ml / 41.2%
    New Western

    $53

Soft berries and floral sweetness meet an earthy, exotic streak here, with Pinkster grapefruit adding fruity lift over the juniper. Brockmans’ familiar gin married to blue Weber agave spirit from Jalisco, the home of tequila. Smooth, fruity and quietly unusual, somewhere on the road between gin and agave.

Brockmans built its name on a soft, berry-and-floral style of gin, and this limited edition takes that signature somewhere unexpected. The base Brockmans is married with a high-quality spirit made from blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, the Mexican state that gives the world its finest tequila, so the gin gains a gentle sweetness and an earthy, exotic depth alongside fresh accents of Pinkster grapefruit. Each bottle is sealed in turquoise wax, individually numbered and boxed.

The nose is fresh and aromatic, juniper and Pinkster grapefruit with a subtle agave note and a hint of floral sweetness. The palate is soft and complex, gentle juniper meeting citrus freshness, agave and a quiet sweetness, the finish long and mild with a fruity, exotic tail. Pour it as an Agave Cut and Tonic with a slice of grapefruit, or let it bring a Mexican accent to a Negroni twist.
