Duo Rum Spiced with Caramelised Pineapple is a flavoured rum from Brewdog, the well known brewer, built on a Caribbean rum base and steered toward sweet, caramelised pineapple. It sits firmly in the modern flavoured spiced category rather than traditional rum.

Bottled at 38%, it is soft and sweet with the pineapple leading. As with most flavoured spiced rums it works best in long drinks and cocktails where its fruit and sugar can carry, rather than neat. It is honestly a flavoured mixer for casual drinking rather than a dry or serious sipping rum.
