Breiz'ile Les Arranges Du Rhum Gingembre Menthe Glaciale is a flavoured rum from this Breton bottler, made in the French arrange style of steeping cane spirit with spice and herbs. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At 28% it sets warming ginger against a cooling, almost icy mint over a soft, sweet cane base. This is a flavoured after-dinner sipper to serve chilled or over ice, not a dry agricole.
