Description

Breiz'ile Fruits Rouges is a flavoured rum from the French house Breiz'ile, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice. In the French arrange style it is steeped with red fruits, the sort of strawberry, raspberry and cherry character the name suggests.

At just 23% it is light and clearly sweet, sitting in fruit-liqueur territory rather than serving as a dry cane spirit. Expect jammy berry to lead over the grassy agricole base. Serve it chilled, over ice, or splashed into sparkling drinks and summer cocktails.
