Breiz'ile Collection Piment Gingembre is a flavoured rum from this Breton bottler, made in the French arrange tradition of steeping cane spirit with spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses.

At 32% it sets chilli heat against ginger warmth over a soft, sweet cane backbone. This is a flavoured after-dinner sipper to serve chilled or over ice, not a dry agricole.
