Breiz'ile Collection Orange Carotte is a flavoured rum from the French house Breiz'ile, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice. In the French arrange tradition it is steeped with flavouring, here the unusual pairing of orange and carrot for a sweet, juicy character.

At 32% it sits in liqueur territory, soft and sweet rather than dry, so expect bright orange and rounded carrot sweetness to lead over the grassy agricole base. Serve it chilled or over ice as an easy after-dinner pour.
