Breiz’île Collection Mangue Orange

Breiz'ile bottles this Collection release using cane juice rum from Guadeloupe steeped with mango and orange, in the French island arrange tradition of infusing fresh fruit rather than ageing in oak. It belongs to the relaxed, macerated side of French Caribbean rum rather than the dry agricole canon.

This is a flavoured, lightly sweet rum rather than a dry sipper, leading on ripe mango and bright orange over a soft cane base. At 32% it stays gentle and approachable, best served cold or over ice where the fruit comes forward and the spirit sits quietly underneath.
