Bottega Limoncino Limoncello Liqueur

Bottega is a family distillery in the Veneto, the grappa house founded at Bibano in 1977 on a vine growing line reaching back to 1635. This Limoncino limoncello is a classic Italian lemon liqueur made from sun ripened lemons from southern Italy, with carefully selected lemon peel macerated in alcohol so the essential oils develop their intense flavour, bottled at 30% in both 500ml and 1 litre sizes.

The nose is fresh, intense and fruity with lemon peel, the palate harmoniously sweet and fruity with a clear lemon note and a light freshness. As a citrus liqueur it brings sweetness, zesty aromatic lift and acidity balance to a glass. Tradition serves it ice cold at minus 5 degrees as a refreshing digestif, while behind the bar it is the heart of a Limoncello Spritz, an Amalfi style serve, or an easy lift over ice with soda. Keep it in the freezer for the proper thick, cold pour.
