Description
Bottega is a family distillery in the Veneto, working grappa since Aldo Bottega introduced the first single varietal grappa and founded the distillery in 1977, now set in a restored 17th century farmhouse among its own vineyards. This Fior di Latte cream liqueur is built on white chocolate, blended with dairy cream into a soft, velvety emulsion at 15%.
The nose is intense and elegant with white chocolate, vanilla and milk, the palate creamy and complex with chocolate, the finish long on the palate. Behind the bar it adds pale, sweet chocolate flavour, dairy richness and body, a dessert ingredient that brings a white chocolate note without dark cocoa weight. It stirs into white chocolate martinis and creamy after dinner serves, enriches a coffee drink, and pairs with ice cream and desserts. As a dairy liqueur, serve it chilled and keep it cool, using it within a few months of opening.
