Bottega Crema di Cappuccino Cream Liqueur

Bottega is a family distillery in the Veneto, working grappa since Aldo Bottega introduced the first single varietal grappa and founded the distillery in 1977, now set in a restored 17th century farmhouse among its own vineyards. This cream liqueur recreates the Italian cappuccino, blending coffee with dairy cream into a smooth emulsion at 15%.

The nose is harmonious with roasted cereals, coffee, caramel, cocoa and vanilla, the palate balanced with coffee and caramel, the finish long on the palate. Behind the bar it adds milky coffee flavour, caramel sweetness and dairy body, an easy coffee note for creamy and dessert drinks where a softer, milkier roast is wanted. It stirs into an Espresso Martini riff or a White Russian, enriches an iced coffee or a mocha, and pairs with ice cream. As a dairy liqueur, serve it chilled and keep it cool, using it within a few months of opening.
