Bombay The Original London Dry Gin

Bombay's Original London Dry is the straightforward, unfussy counterpart to its more famous blue-bottled sibling, a clear and balanced gin distilled to the classic London Dry method. The botanical set is deliberately traditional, juniper, coriander, angelica root and lemon peel among them, and at a gentle 37.5 percent it is built for easy mixing rather than showing off.

The nose is fresh juniper with citrus and a light herbal spice. The palate is dry and well balanced, juniper-led with a delicate citrus freshness and subtle spice, finishing clean, mild and pleasantly dry with a faint herbal note. It is a natural in a classic gin and tonic with a good tonic and a slice of lemon, and slips just as easily into a Tom Collins.
