Bols Peach Liqueur

Bols Peach sits in the fruit liqueur range of Bols, one of the oldest liqueur houses in the world, distilling and blending in Amsterdam since 1575. Ripe peach is combined with sugar and a neutral distilled spirit into a soft, fruit forward liqueur at 17%, made in the traditional macerated style that keeps the fruit fresh and balanced against a light acidity.

The nose is intense peach with subtle floral notes, the palate fruity and sweet with juicy peach over a fine acidic edge, the finish mild, soft and long. Behind the bar it adds peach flavour and a rounded sweetness, the obvious modifier when a drink should taste of ripe stone fruit. It is the classic infusion for a Bellini alongside Prosecco, lifts bowls and punches, and sweetens a fruit forward sour or a peach spritz. Pour it into sparkling aperitifs or build it into summer long drinks and fruit desserts.
