Black Forest Dry Gin in Tinbox

    700 ml / 47%
    London Dry

    $56

Bright juniper meets lavender and fine herbs in this Black Forest dry gin, citrus peel keeping things fresh against a peppery, faintly floral edge. Distilled with the region’s clear spring water at a robust 47%, it balances fruity lift with spice in equal measure. Full-bodied, expressive and built to last on the palate.

Made by Black Forest Distillers using the clear spring water of its namesake region, this dry gin brings together classic botanicals, juniper, coriander, citrus peel and exotic spice, with regional herbs gathered close to home. Distilled with care and bottled at a generous 47%, it leans on that strength for an intense depth of flavour and a long, warming finish that carries the character of the forest.

The nose is multi-layered: fresh juniper, fine citrus and lavender over a quiet herbal base. The palate is full and complex, citrus freshness meeting spice and fine herbs in even measure, before a long, faintly peppery finish dusted with floral notes. Serve it in a classic G&T with an orange slice or a sprig of rosemary, or push the forest theme further with a blueberry garnish.
