Bivrost Arctic Gin

Bivrost is made by Aurora Spirit, perched among the fjords of northern Norway above the Arctic Circle, and it takes its character from that hard, clear place. The distillery works with rare botanicals that thrive in the cold and harsh conditions of the Arctic, drawing out a fresh, floral profile shot through with the mineral depth of the landscape itself.

The nose is fresh and herbal, with a floral, mineral cool that reads like cold clean air. The palate is full and herbal, fresh citrus and herbs over a subtle spice and a stony freshness, and the finish is long and bright, the spice fading to something clean and chilled. Lovely on its own, or in a G&T lifted with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
