Bielle is a respected Marie-Galante distillery known for cane variety experiments and high proof blancs, and this Rhum Arrange Cafe takes its agricole spirit in a different direction, steeping it with coffee rather than bottling it dry.

This is a sweetened, flavoured rum rather than a dry sipper, leading on roasted coffee and sugar. At 24% it is soft and easy, a dark, after dinner style pour best served chilled where the coffee and sweetness come through and the cane spirit sits underneath.
