Bielle Les Rhums Vieux De 2005 is a single cask from the Bielle distillery on Marie-Galante, a house known for cane variety experiments and high proof bottlings, working under Guadeloupe's IGP. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice on a column still, it matured for a decade in ex-bourbon wood and was bottled unsweetened at a cask strength 55.9%.

The full proof carries a dense, layered profile. Dried apricot, nuts, spice and freshness lead the nose, the palate is spicy and concentrated with sugarcane, cedar and earthy depth, and the finish runs fresh and long with citrus and black tea.
