Pressed from fresh sugar-cane juice rather than molasses, it shows how tropical ageing can carry an agricole to genuine maturity, the island heat driving faster oak extraction than a cooler climate would.

Column-distilled and matured in ex-bourbon oak, it opens woody with coffee, tropical fruit and citrus, then turns complex across the palate with vanilla and sweet spice and a touch of gentle rubber.
