Bielle, on Marie-Galante, is known for high-proof blancs and cane-variety work, distilling from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice under Guadeloupe's IGP. This Canne BIO is an organic, unaged white bottled at 59%, in line with the island's custom of releasing blancs at full strength.

Unaged and built for purity, it leads with fresh cane, herbal notes, lime and a vegetal lift on the nose, then a palate of vegetal cane, honey and an oily texture, closing on grass, sugarcane and a touch of honey. The profile is clean and direct rather than complex, a straightforward expression of fresh cane juice turned up in intensity. The high strength is a feature, and it shows best neat for those who want the raw cane character or lengthened in a Ti' Punch where its freshness and weight carry the drink.
