Beso Concentrado de Agave Agavensirup

Beso Concentrado de Agave is a Mexican agave concentrate, not a spirit, drawn entirely from blue Weber agave and certified organic. It is built to sharpen the creative side of cocktail making, with a distinctive consistency, a clear sweetness and a soft roasted agave character that sets it apart from neutral sugar syrups.
Made without additives, it leans on the pure essence of the agave rather than added flavour. Compared with honey or table sugar it carries a lower glycaemic index, so blood sugar rises more slowly, and it is around a third sweeter than ordinary sugar, meaning roughly sixty to eighty percent of the usual amount delivers the same sweetness. It folds neatly into cocktails and is just as at home sweetening dishes and baking in the kitchen.
