Berliner Luft Eisbonbon is a flavoured edition of the Berliner Luft peppermint liqueur from Schilkin, the Berlin family distiller making the range since 1932. It combines the brand's fresh peppermint with a sweet, cool ice candy flavour at 18%, a refreshing twist on the classic. The cooling mint base and the ice candy sweetness are the two halves of its character.

The nose is cool peppermint with ice candy sweetness and a hint of fresh citrus, the palate refreshing with ice candy flavours, cooling peppermint and a gentle sweetness, the finish long and cool with a sweet aftertaste. Behind the bar it works as a sweet, cooling modifier, bringing a fresh mint lift and a candy sweetness to a glass. It suits a chilled shot, an Eisbonbon Mojito, mint fizz serves or a fresh gin and tonic. It is best enjoyed well chilled or over ice. Serve it cold so the mint stays sharp.
