Berentzen Rhabarber Erdbeere is a fruit liqueur from the Berentzen house in Lower Saxony, whose distilling roots go back to 1758. It joins tart fresh rhubarb to sweet aromatic strawberries over a finely distilled wheat grain base, giving a clearly structured fruit liqueur at 15%. In the traditional fruit liqueur style the fruit pairing carries the drink, kept lively and balanced.

The nose is fresh strawberries and fine rhubarb in a sweet, fruity composition, the palate fruity with a harmonious balance between sweetness and tart freshness, the finish long, soft and fruity. Behind the bar that strawberry and rhubarb pairing brings fruit flavour and a tart acidity that brightens a drink, a seasonal note for spring and summer serves. It mixes well with tonic, lemonade or Prosecco and lengthens easily into a spritz, while fresh strawberries deepen it further. Serve it ice cold, where its fruity lightness shows best.
