Tart, ripe blood orange runs right through, lifted by lemon and Seville peel over a firm juniper and coriander frame. Beefeater remains the only globally shipped gin still wholly distilled in London, guarded by the Yeoman Warder on every bottle. Spicy, fruit-rich and properly classic.

Description
Beefeater was founded in 1820 by James Burrough on Cale Street in Chelsea, and remains the only internationally distributed gin still distilled entirely within London, its bottle bearing the Yeoman Warder, or Beefeater, of the Tower of London. This expression takes the carefully balanced house recipe, juniper, lemon peel, coriander seed, Seville orange peel, orris, almond, liquorice and angelica, and refines it with the natural flavour of blood orange.
The nose is fruity and lightly spiced, ripe citrus and blood orange over juniper. The palate is intense and spicy, lemon and ripe blood orange leading into juniper and coriander seed, before a long finish of lingering fruit. Pour over ice with tonic and a wedge of orange, or use it to give a Negroni a brighter, citrus-soaked edge.
