Baileys created the cream liqueur category in 1974, marrying Irish whiskey with fresh dairy cream in a stable emulsion, and it remains the original and best selling name in its class, sold in over 150 countries. This limited edition folds the warm flavour of a freshly baked cinnamon bun into that creamy base, bottled at 17%.
The nose is cinnamon, caramel and a light vanilla note reminiscent of cinnamon buns, the palate creamy and full bodied with warm cinnamon, sweet caramel and a gentle whiskey note that suits the Baileys cream, the finish long with a pleasant cinnamon close. Behind the bar it is a dessert and body ingredient with a built in baking spice lift, adding dairy richness and warm sweetness to a cinnamon latte, a Baileys hot chocolate or a creamy winter cocktail. It pours neat or over ice to bring out the flavours. As a dairy product it should be kept cool once opened and used within a few months.
