The nose is cinnamon, caramel and a light vanilla note reminiscent of cinnamon buns, the palate creamy and full bodied with warm cinnamon, sweet caramel and a gentle whiskey note that suits the Baileys cream, the finish long with a pleasant cinnamon close. Behind the bar it is a dessert and body ingredient with a built in baking spice lift, adding dairy richness and warm sweetness to a cinnamon latte, a Baileys hot chocolate or a creamy winter cocktail.
