Description

Arhumatic Thym Citron is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, built on a column-distilled agricole base of fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice rather than molasses. Arhumatic works in the French arrange tradition of steeping botanicals in cane spirit, here pairing garden thyme with lemon for a herbal, savoury twist.

Bottled at 28%, it sits in the soft, sweetened liqueur register rather than as a dry spirit, so expect aromatic thyme and bright lemon to lead over the grassy cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice, or use it to add a herbal note to cocktails.
