Description
Arhumatic Kiwi-Ananas-Mangue, the Sol Dulcis bottling, is a flavoured rhum in the French arrangé style, made by macerating kiwi, pineapple and mango in an agricole cane-juice base from Guadeloupe and sweetening. It belongs to the bright, fruit-led end of the French-island range rather than among dry agricoles.
No formal tasting notes are recorded. As a tropical-fruit arrangé, expect tart kiwi, ripe pineapple and juicy mango over the grassy cane base, with the gentle sweetness typical of the style, at a moderate 28%. It is best served well chilled over ice in small measures as an aperitif rather than sipped neat for the rum.
