Description

Arawak Piment Maracuja is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, made in the arrange style of steeping cane spirit with fruit and spice. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, then infused with passion fruit and chilli.

At 32% it sets tangy passion fruit against gentle chilli heat over a soft, sweet cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice as a flavoured after-dinner drink rather than as a dry agricole.
