Description

Arawak Gingembre Citron Vert is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, made in the arrange style of steeping cane spirit with spice and fruit. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, then infused with ginger and lime.

At 32% it pairs warming ginger with bright lime over a soft, sweet cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice as a flavoured after-dinner drink rather than as a dry agricole.
