Description

Arawak Coco Vanille Miel is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, made in the arrange style of steeping cane spirit with flavourings. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, then built around coconut, vanilla and honey.

At 32% it is firmly a sweet, dessert-leaning sipper, creamy coconut and vanilla rounded out with honey over a soft cane base. Serve it chilled or over ice as an after-dinner drink rather than as a dry agricole.
