Description

Arawak Arrange Litchi is a flavoured rum from Guadeloupe, made in the arrange style where cane spirit is steeped with fruit. The base is agricole-style, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, then infused with lychee.

At 32% it is built around the floral, perfumed sweetness of lychee over a soft cane backbone. This is an after-dinner sipper to serve chilled or over ice, not a dry cane rum.
