Andrea da Ponte Chocozen is an Italian chocolate liqueur made by Distilleria Andrea da Ponte, a grappa house founded in 1892 in the Venetian region of Conegliano and known for its work with pomace from the region's vineyards. The Chocozen recipe is built on cocoa refined with fine vanilla and creamy milk notes, giving a chocolate liqueur with a smooth, dessert like texture and a gentle warmth of ginger running through it. Bottled at 21%.

The nose carries chocolate and vanilla, the palate is particularly creamy and intense with cocoa, vanilla, dark chocolate and a ginger note, finishing long and creamy with hazelnut beneath. Behind the bar it works as a rich chocolate and cream ingredient, adding cocoa flavour, sweetness and body, which makes it a natural in chocolate martini and alexander style drinks and a partner to coffee serves and desserts. Pour it over ice for a chocolate digestif, stir it into coffee, or use it to add chocolate depth and creamy body to a dessert cocktail. Serve lightly chilled.
