Crisp cucumber runs through bright juniper, with coriander, lemon peel and a posy of summer flowers softening the edges. Distilled across seven passes, with fresh cucumber folded into the final run, this small-batch gin keeps things dry, mild and gently sweet. Cool, elegant and made for a long evening.

Description
Albert Michler's Green Gin is the newest of three from the distillery, sitting alongside their Orange and Genuine bottlings. What sets it apart is patience: the spirit is taken through seven distillation phases, and only in that seventh and final run are fresh cucumbers introduced. Distilling them last preserves their crisp, watery freshness rather than cooking it away, giving the gin its green, garden character.
The nose is clean with juniper, cucumber, coriander, lemon peel and a hint of summer flowers. The palate is dry and mild with a sweetish edge, cucumber and juniper at its centre, before a long, elegant, soft finish. Pour over ice with a light tonic and a ribbon of cucumber, letting its cool, floral side lead.
