Description
Albert Michler Distillery Michlers Rum White is a blended white rum drawing on molasses based stocks from several countries, bottled at 40% under the Michler name. It is built as a soft, approachable white, lighter and fruitier than the funk driven island whites.
The nose is fresh and inviting, floral with vanilla and ripe banana, and the palate stays light and fruity with a coconut note over a clean body. The finish brings a lightly roasted edge, citrus, vanilla and banana once more. There is no rough cane bite here, this is a gentle, easy going white made for mixing, slipping happily into a daiquiri, mojito or a simple rum and soda. A friendly, undemanding blend for cocktails rather than a characterful neat sipper.
