This is Absolut Vodka in a limited Warhol edition, made in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation around a rediscovered blue painting. Inside the screen-printed bottle is the standard Absolut: Swedish winter wheat and Åhus spring water at 40%. It is as much a collector’s piece as a pour.

Description
Absolut is produced in Åhus in southern Sweden from local winter wheat and spring water drawn from a deep, protected well, a single-source approach that underpins its clean, consistent style; wheat gives the base its soft, rounded body. This bottling is a limited edition made with the Andy Warhol Foundation to mark the rediscovery of a previously unknown blue Warhol painting, with a complex screen-print design reproducing the work's blue tones and carrying Warhol's image and signature. The liquid inside is the classic Absolut at 40%.
The nose is soft, clean and pleasant. The palate is rounded and a touch complex for a vodka, with melon, wheat and a hint of dried fruit, closing long. Since the bottle is a collector's object, treat the vodka with similar restraint and serve it as a clean Vodka Martini: stir it hard over ice with a small measure of dry vermouth, strain into a chilled glass and twist a strip of lemon over the top, letting the soft wheat and faint melon show through.
