Absolut Peach comes from The Absolut Company in Åhus, southern Sweden, where the brand draws on local winter wheat and spring water from a deep, protected well. The plain Absolut base does the heavy lifting: wheat distilled by continuous column to a soft, clean spirit, then flavoured with ripe peach using natural flavour and no added sugar. Working without sugar keeps the fruit tasting like fresh peach rather than syrup, and the lower 38% strength lets that fruitiness sit forward over the mild spirit. The colour stays clear.

The nose is all ripe peach, the palate is mild and clean with that same juicy stone fruit running through it, and the finish lingers softly. Play the fruit straight by turning it into a peach Bellini twist: a measure of the vodka, a little peach puree, lengthened with cold prosecco in a flute.
