Distilled at Aberfeldy in 1999 and matured 19 years in a single ex Bourbon cask numbered 20658, bottled at the distillery in 2018 at full cask strength 60.6% under the Hand Filled programme. The Hand Filled format runs alongside Hand Bottled at the Distillery at the visitor centre, with the distinction being that visitors fill and label their own bottle directly from the active cask in the warehouse, rather than receiving a pre packaged sub series release. The cask number 20658 is drawn from the distillery's main register rather than the visitor programme sequence.

Long fermentation Aberfeldy spirit from the four still post expansion configuration, distilled in 1999 in the first full year of John Dewar & Sons (Bacardi) ownership. Filled into a single ex Bourbon cask and aged 19 years at the distillery's bonded warehouses. Bottled on site at undiluted cask strength 60.6% with no chill filtering and no caramel adjustment, with each bottle filled, labelled and packaged by the visitor at the time of purchase.

Nineteen years in ex Bourbon American oak at cask strength gives a fully developed oak signature: vanillin from lignin breakdown sits at upper concentration, cis whisky lactones contribute clearly framed coconut and dill, and furfural plus 5 hydroxymethylfurfural from hemicellulose deliver developed caramel and pastry. Aberfeldy's house ester profile (ethyl laurate, ethyl myristate, heavier alcohols) drives a sharp heather honey core at 60.6%, the high strength concentrating ester volatility on the nose and oily texture on the palate.
